How do I get my airline tickets?
E-tickets are emailed to you. We do not issue paper tickets, and you need to do is print out the ticket and present it at check-in.
What do I present at the hotel?
Hotel vouchers will be given to you by your designated agent at Keeyah Travel Solutions.

Do I need travel insurance when I travel?
We always recommend travel insurance for quality cover for medical expenses, trip cancellations,, lost luggage, and other losses incurred while travelling.
Do you assist with Visas?
Yes we do. Please speak to your dedicated consultant on visa requirements for your trip. Please note that obtaining a visa is the responsibility of the client, and Keeyah Travel Solutions cannot be held liable for not obtaining a visa for your travel.
Do I need to pay upfront for my holiday?
You could pay the full amount or a deposit, however a deposit will only secure the price for part of the travel package. Therefore, you will be liable to pay extra should there be any increases due to the rate of exchange. Flights are to be paid in full, as the airline does not accept deposit payment.
If I have a problem during my stay, will I get telephonic assistance 24/7?
Yes, we will provide you with all the necessary contact details for each service provider, as well as a 24hour emergency contact number.

Do I need a passport for my travel?
A valid passport is needed for all international travel. Your passport needs to be valid for 6 months upon your return to South Africa. Please also note that you should have 2 blank pages in your passport when arriving at passport control anywhere in the world.
What if I need to change my flight ticket?
Please be in contact with us and note that a change fee is payable for administration costs.
At what age is a child considered an adult?
Children are from infant to 12year old. After 12yrs, the child now priced as an adult.
